Buttermilk Wheat Waffles/Pancakes


2 cups buttermilk
(can substitute with equal amounts regular milk and plain yogurt)
2 eggs
¼ cup oil
2 cups flour (1 cup white + 1 cup wheat)
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
¾ tsp salt

Stir all ingredients together.  Add a little milk if the batter seems too thick.  Cook on a griddle or in a waffle iron.
