Quick Potato Soup Mix

1 3/4 c. potato flakes            
1 tsp. dried parsley   
1 1/2 c. milk powder            
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. powdered chicken bouillon     
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. dried onion            
1/8 tsp. turmeric
1/2-1 tsp. seasoned salt

Mix everything together and pour into a quart jar.   Attach instructions:  “To serve,  place 1/2 c. soup mix in a bowl.  Stir in 1 cup boiling water until smooth.”  Contents of jar will make 8 servings this size.

You may leave out thyme, turmeric, and seasoned salt, and use instead (1/4 c. Bacos, 2 Tbsp. dried chives), or (celery flakes, garlic powder, sea salt), or (1/4- 1/2 c. cheddar cheese powder sauce mix)
