Crock Pot Flank Steak

1 packet McCormick Grill Mates: Tomato, Garlic and Basil

2 Tbsp. Red Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 cup Olive Oil

1/4 cup Water

2 lb. Flank Steak

Put first  four ingredients in crock pot and mix well.

Using kitchen sissors, cut flank steak across the grain in 2 inch strips.
Add to crock pot and mix marinade all around each strip of steak.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours (NO PEEKING).
Serve with homemade mashed potatoes.
Ladle marinade sauce over meat and potatoes if desired.
