Navajo Tacos

Preparation: Warm canned chili, shred lettuce, grate cheese, dice tomatoes, set out sour cream and salsa.  Last of all, warm some Naan bread, or pita bread, or thick tortillas.To serve: each person sets the bread or tortilla on their plate, then layers the other ingredients on it, beginning with the chili.  You’ll need to cut it and eat it with a fork.
