Broiled Chicken Breast Salad Bar


Set boneless, skinless chicken breasts on a broiling pan.  Cut horizontally, if needed, to create even thickness of about ¾ inch.  Sprinkle with “Nature’s Seasons” by Morton (blend of salt, pepper, sugar, onion, garlic, celery, and spices). Turn oven to Broil setting, and set pan close to the top of the oven.  Broil for a couple of minutes, until meat turns white.  Turn chicken over, sprinkle the other side, and broil until the meat turns white.Cut the cooked chicken in large chunks, and serve over your choice of salad ingredients.  It turnsa salad into a meal.
